Shipping & Delivery Policy

At www.sakshiaggarwal.com, we offer shipping services across most regions in India. However, please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions and cannot be delivered to specific locations.

Shipping Timelines

We typically ship orders within 5 to 7 business days, depending on product availability and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided based on item availability and your chosen shipping option.

  • Lightweight products are shipped via air courier.
  • Heavier products are shipped via ground courier.

We have partnered with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

Address Verification & Serviceability

Before proceeding to the payment gateway, your phone number, email address, shipping address, and pin code will be verified by our system.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners or lies outside our delivery zones, we may contact you to provide an alternate address.

Please note: www.sakshiaggarwal.com will not be liable for non-delivery of orders placed for locations outside the coverage of our courier or artist delivery partners.

Multiple Orders

If you place multiple product orders in a single transaction, we will make every effort to ship them together in one package. However, due to the nature or availability of certain products, separate shipments may sometimes be required.

Please note:

  • All products in a single transaction will be shipped to one address only.
  • To deliver to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders for each destination.

Delivery Charges

  • Free shipping is available for orders where the individual painting is priced above ₹2,000.
  • For items below ₹2,000, a flat delivery charge of ₹190 will apply.

Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery time depends on the type of product ordered. Generally, products are delivered within 7 to 15 days, with over 70% of orders delivered within 7 to 10 days from the date of order placement.

We are committed to processing and dispatching your order as swiftly as possible.

Order Tracking

To track your order:

  • Log in to your account and go to the ‘My Orders’ section under ‘My Account’.
  • Click on the ‘Order Status’ next to the product you've ordered.

You can also use the tracking link sent to your email after order placement.

Note: Online tracking typically becomes active within 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped.
